"Ok. So here me out this place is in my top 10 of all time when it comes to home cooked family food. The bbq sampler is your go to their is no doubt huge and great flavor, the chopped steak was very full of flavor, the shrimp add on was grilled perfect. The veggis are nothing special but they are veggis. The Cole slaw is sweet but tasty, and the Mac and cheese was great. But them comes desert in fact if you are not on a diet or don't care from what I can tell just order one of each. The banana pudding and peach cobbler were over the top good. Then at to that unique atmosphere owners on the floor working and how friendly they are all. Just hands down a great place in a out of the way town that had we not been worried about traffic in little rock we would have never found. So glad we did."

"Such a relaxed atmosphere. It is a family run restaurant. Wonderful service. Great way to slow down from a busy 6 day fun filled vacation. Just a few miles off the main highway and a stop we will make again. The food was top notch. So glad we found this place!!!"

"My first time to stop and eat here. If I'm ever back in this community, I'll stop here and have another meal. It's good all around!!"

"Great restaurant! I ordered Lilly pops as an appetizer, very unique and worth experiencing, buy be careful, they are extremely hot. For dinner I went with a southern classic, chicken fried steak, but with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. The chicken fried steak was cooked perfectly!!! It melted in my mouth and you can tell by the batter it was made there and not some frozen patty. The mashed potatoes were made from scratch and comes with the peel mashed in. Even the macaroni and cheese was made with love. Creamy goodness!! It also came with a slice if Texas toast, perfect for getting the gravy left on ny plate. Finally I finished it with a slice of pecan pie. You bet I will be going back here again. I love finding the hidden treasures on side road small towns. There is plenty of seating in the place, it has 2 floors. I was completely miserable when I left. I had a hour drive home, overstuffed belly and just wanted to take a nap. So be warned it is so good that you will over indulge. The wait staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and tentative. My glass was never empty food was hot fresh and delicious ."

"I had Catfish and Fried Shrimp, my wife had the grilled chicken. Fried pickles were out of this world and both of our dinners were good portions and great. Mashed potatoes were a little on the cool side, but not enough to cost a star. Still 5 stars across the board!"
